I use a welding oxygen tank. I've been told that they basically use the same oxygen to fill medical tanks as they do welding tanks. The difference might be in the tanks, themselves, then. If you are concerned, do as the previous poster suggested and get some inline filters. I know Plasmafire.com sells them.
