This happened around 2002 when after some 12 months of taking only distilled water, me, my wife and our only child then were always getting sick. We were able to trace this to the water we were drinking. We ingested only distilled water by either Wilkins or Absolute brands.

Maybe they were polluted by benzene as Dr Clark says in her books, maybe distilled water is truly dead water as Andreas Moritz says. Maybe distilled water should not be used for prolonged periods of time.

My wife and I concurred that once we gave up distilled water in favor of mineral spring water by Hidden Springs brand, we stopped getting sick.

Note that we live in Manila, so our water may vary from yours.
