Re: how much do you/or have you taken a day?

I have been drinking 48-64 oz. a day of 20ppm with the silverpuppy,...sometimes I make my first batch of the day overnight and add some drops of 3% h202 to break the particles up even smaller,.I have no idea what ppm my overnight batches are...the tyndall effect is dramatically enhanced after the h202 drops go in....
ive been doing this now for about 3 weeks and will continue.
