The most I have taken is about 4 ounces/day of 20 ppm. I made it with distilled water and a Silver Puppy. I took it for 2 months along with the rest of the "Beck Protocol".

I just use it if I have an infection or if I decide to go on the Beck protocol. Others take it every day. Some drink glasses others dabble with teaspoons. It is non toxic.
