Hello fellow Bs. I have Psoriasis and have been following Pericone's diet for skin. IT HAS WORKED WONDERS and I am almost clear but feel the Blood Type Diet is called for especially regarding bloating, gas, fatigue, and perhaps Psoriasis as well. only problem is that the pericone diet is almost in full contrast to the B type diet. the pericone diet calls for no sugary foods like pinapple, carrots, bananna, grapes, carrots, beets, potato, and also no red meat - rather chicken and fish (especially salmon). almost seems like the only thing i have left is water which is clearly the most beneficial for everyone.
anyone else in this conundrum? Please help!
