I like that about our feet on the path and we will walk arm in arm! I am going to try and remember that!

Yes, as you flush, you will just feel better and better. My daughter, Laura, is doing her 1st flush tonight. My cousin, Shirley, is doing hers this Friday. I had lunch with my niece, Cindy, and she told me she is going to do a liver cleanse this weekend and make her husband do it with her. She said she told him "Have you seen Paulette? She is never sick and always cheerful. She doesn't look her age and I want to be like her." Man, what a compliment. So, I am slowly, but surely, spreading the word.

Oh, and it was during my third week of the Colon Cleanse that I passed that fluke. So, expect anything! (and everything!) I am also using Bentonite clay. I drink 1/2 teaspoon with water.
