I am amazed and grateful for the changes I have been feeling. Throughout this week, I have had an increasingly stronger sense of well being, even though I only passed a few little green soft grapeseed type stones (less than 60 between the two flushes) and would not really call either of these flushes successful.
Heck, if the unsuccessful ones make me feel this much better, what will I feel like when some bigger stones are moved out. I can't wait. I have been zapping like crazy for a week and a half and taking parasite herbs, so far nothing visible though. And I will flush on Thurs or Fri of this week. Hoping to see something more during this flush, but if not, I will try again and again and in between, I will work on getting more and more healthy.

Yes, as you flush, you will just feel better and better. My daughter, Laura, is doing her 1st flush tonight. My cousin, Shirley, is doing hers this Friday. I had lunch with my niece, Cindy, and she told me she is going to do a liver cleanse this weekend and make her husband do it with her. She said she told him "Have you seen Paulette? She is never sick and always cheerful. She doesn't look her age and I want to be like her." Man, what a compliment. So, I am slowly, but surely, spreading the word.
Oh, and it was during my third week of the Colon Cleanse that I passed that fluke. So, expect anything! (and everything!) I am also using Bentonite clay. I drink 1/2 teaspoon with water.

This is a reply to # 76,962Researcher said it typically takes 18-21 days for the parasite cleanse to show anything. My wife on the other hand has already passed some rice critters in our second week (8-12 days). But she does enjoy being different. :-)

This is a reply to # 76,970The new tag is in reference of course to the nearly 2" stone in my GB. Someone posted yesterday (I think) who was worried about possibly passing a stone that size. Does this make me Tim # 1 or Tim # 2 now?
Day 14 on the para-cleanse. I've picked Aug 2-3 for the first date with the ES and oil/juice. And I'm just not worried about it.

This is a reply to # 76,968I saw what appeared to be flukes in their early stage during my two cleanses. (looked like clearish cuke seeds with tails) and according to the Clark zapping protocol, a week of zapping should clear them up. Or at least that is what it looked like to me. I have previously zapped for up to a month at a time without ever seeing any parasites (also did parasite herbs at the same time). But I am anxious to do another flush before my mother in law lands here on Sunday.
