I would like to try it, but I don't cook or bake much, and swallowing pure oil, while I would give it a try, does not sound like much fun. I really don't like oily things... so I might not stay with it....knowing me as I do....
Dose it come in capsules, like fish oil does?
Also, does putting it on you skin count? I mean, would putting it on my skin help a low thyroid condition? (THAT is would like!)
