Stones or Flukes

Hi everyone,
I am new to these board. I am 25 years old and for the past 1 year or so i've been feeling tired all the time, weak, dizzy, depressed etc... I also developed constipation, felt cramps, gases, bloated after a each meal. After finding this site and going through the posts, I decided to do a cleanse starting first with colon cleanse. I strated with fasting, taking onlywater and little vegetables. I also took supplement called "Super Colon Cleanse", which contains psyllium husk, senna powder etc.. Now i am going to the bathroom 6-8 times a day. The stool became like water very liquid like and i noticed some things floating around in the toilet.
Description: Oval shaped, dark brown, about 2cm long and 1cm wide.
They do not dissolve, instead they just floating on the top of the water. They are soft, not very soft but soft enough. I took a toothpick and was able to puncture this thing. To this date I passed about 5-6 of this things (which i could see), and I don't know how many more are inside of me. The question I have is it a some kind of fluke or some kind of liver stone. If this is liver stone, can I pass it while doing a colon cleanse. How do I know if this is a stone ? How do I know if this is a fluke/ parasite ?
