The bulk of Jack lalanes diet is rich in living foods.Yes he does consume cooked food,but the ratio of cooked is low.Most living foods diets arent 100% raw.This misnomer of ignorance is well documented by such posters as 67558.The point is valid but irelavant from a health standpoint.The question is are you using more enzymes than your taking in?The enzyme axiom,a theory in action called life.
