I've swished for total of 1 hr. no foam!

As stated in subject line,

I swished for a total 1 hr. (3x20 min.)
of course I also renewed the oil in mouth.

However I see no/zero foam! infact the oil (sesame) is still brown.

I've lived a very healthy lifestyle for many yrs.
could it be possible that I have no toxins?

That thought just does not seem to be feasable to me though!
in fact it seems to be an impossibility to me!!

What's up people? what do you think is happening?


BTW/ it never ceases to amaze me that whatever I get into,
that I find that there are buku people on the forum that have been doing it for a long time.
my hat goes off to the people of the curezone!!
