Does raw food mean 100% raw food?

If someone ate 99% raw, does that mean he will not benefit at all? Raw food must be growing since I saw 3 health experts attack it. Nobody is attacking the Sallisbury diet. The Salisbury steak was named after him. Dr Salisbury (MD) said that you could be perfectly healthy eating only lean beef and water and nothing else. You could live till 90 with no exercise.

The webpage below tells about a group that has great testimonials but they only eat 85% raw. This is good for people who like numbers (math). The people attacking raw diet were just against all raw but none of them gave percentages they suggest for how much raw and how much cooked. So their attack does not work against the above group. Now if they said no more than 80% raw then it would affect them. But they did not. I guess they have no idea of what proportion is good.
