This is very interesting to me. Please back this up with some detail, reports, websites, or whatever you have.

Ultraviolet light as a sterilizing agent has been around for many decades, and is better researched, documented, and understood than everything done by Clark, Beck, and Rife combined. I'm not saying that UV light is better than a zapper, just that it is way better understood, and probably not the best example to make your point. That's why I find the NYC sewer statement much more interesting.
