Do more research on the first birth of the corporations and the laws that allowed their birth and what rights the corporations got. Then you will understand.

If you still don't understand, try to do a psychologic profile of a corporation as one entity/person. Why, cause the laws has given the right for a corporation to act as one entity/person.

I challenge you to do this homework.
