Coffee Enema rumble!

Hi! I have just started doing coffee enemas and have had good results. When i am holding in a coffee enema i get waves of rumbling. Hard to explain, I mean when you find it hard to hold in the enema  the discomfort  gets to a peak then fades and this happens maybe six times before i have to release. When the wave has gone i get a rumbling noise which comes from the liver area. I have seen a number of parasites and other nastys from retaining the enema. Does anybody else get this?
