Do you or does anyone out there have any reports of effects of lecithin good or bad on their bodies, particularly GB/ liver effects?
I went to Askshelly.com, and she told me I have probably have a choline deficiency, which is why I keep producing stones after 28 flushes, and constant efforts to keep my liver GB clean. This makes a lot of sense to me, given my diet which is so restricted due to constant pain, and I am sure seriously lacking in nourishment.
