I'm still going pretty well with this, I even gave up chicken several weeks back. So no meat or chicken and fish only on the odd occasion, some weeks none at all, some weeks one or more fish meals. I have to say that I was doing well until last night when my DH bought takeaway, I asked for coleslaw and pasta salad, but when I started eating it I realised that the coleslaw had chicken in it. Didn't want to waste food so I ate it, but it's right back on the wagon for me. The weightloss has tapered off but I know I have to give up chocolate and the other bad things I eat. oh and exercise more.
