The Lite does EVERYTHING the full version does. The full version is lighter in weight, has a strap to allow full mobility while wearing it, and comes with larger silver rods so making 1L vs. 500ml of CS.

But if you are going to wear it while watching the tube then the SP-Lite is all you will ever need.

On Bing Lang, I can't get it here; Chinatown has been raided by the Gestapo too often. I do know of at least one store that carries it but that’s just a little too far away for me plus the SP seems to-do the trick so far.

As for toxicity, all good herbs (as well as medications) are toxic. Without that they won't work, however we can estimate the toxicity by looking at average Bing Lang usage in Asia. 1-2 pounds of nuts are eaten daily, and it takes 12 years for some to get mouth cancer. Of course we don't need 2 pounds nor do we chew them. Plus these studies neglect to tell you that everyone eating that much Bing Lang also chain smokes.

The other study on toxicity has already been refuted by more studies, the last few split the euphoric effect into two categories. One is the CNS hit which is sort of like chewing tobacco the other is the expansion of bronchial tubes and extra oxygen entering the body. I get that same now using ozonated water but it sure did feel great while using the BL.

I found making tea from the finely ground nut was the best effect, but you got to gulp it because it will make your mouth num.

Bing Lang, and for most Bing Lang Wan is one of those great TCM formulas that doesn’t actually kill the large worms but puts them to sleep. Having a large worm decay in your body can cause a whole lot of other issues so the theory is to disallow them to feed and this way kill them off slowly.
As for the ones in your intestinal track the Wan (formula) includes mild laxatives.
