There is new research out right now that links a covert bacterial infection to diseases like ulcerative colitis (and many other autoimmune disorders).

I am looking at Sheldon's vitamin E enema that he invented, which seems really presumptious to call it a cure. But I emailed him and he said he didn't have any other symptoms except the colitis. For his case, it could have been very effective. Depends entirely on what was causing his colitis. Understanding the disease process in the individual is really the key to resolving it.

You and I, on the other hand, have neurological symptoms and other reasons to suspect a bacterial influence. I have UC also, and unclear thinking/brain fog and Depression that comes and goes. These, among other things, are common symptoms of the new name for autoimmune disease, which is "TH1-mediated inflammatory disease" or "TH1 disease".
