I use about 2 to 3 oz 35% Food grade H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) in a sink full of water to treat all my veggies, fish, meats, chicken etc. Works for me.
As far as E Coli bacteria, it's the most prolific form of bacteria on the planet and present in our bodies in large numbers at any given time. An overabundance or infection of E Coli in the intestinal tract would cause intestinal gas, pain and bloating, vomiting and diahhrea (sp?) The intake of additional probiotics lessen the effects. It is a bacteria easily killed by H2O2.
