parasites in fruits/veggies

Hey guys,

I found a little critter in my spinach today. Looked like some sort of parasite: beige, round, with tiny little legs. I almost ate it! YUCK. Now I'm looking for the safest and most effective cleanser for fruits/veggies that would kill parasites, remove dirt and wax. I've been using a fruit/veggie spray bottle that I bought at the local health store (it's all natural and made out of citrus). I hear baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, or vinegar are cheaper and more effective choices? What are some favorites out there? I just started eating spinach again since my local grocery store began selling them again. I buy the organic baby spinach...it's been a few days and I feel fine. Just curious, what are the symptoms of an E.Coli bacteria infection?

Much appreciation,
+Energy
