using oregano with my shakes...

I don't have liquid caprylic acid yet either. I was taking SF722 capsules with my shakes. This week I switched to oregano oil capsules b/c I think the candida might be resistant to the SF722 now... I had used regular oregano capsules before and would burp up oregano. Now, I use enteric-coated capsules (NOW brand) and I never burp it up. So they must be staying whole through to my intestines.

I hope it's okay to swallow the pills just before or after the p & b shakes... That's what I've been doing in the morning. Tweet
