Re: why do AST and ALT Go up and waht is considered high?

at the time i was doing it, i was simply mixing with distilled water and using a syringe to administer it. i did the same with sublingual b12 tablets and several other supplements which i though would help. when you dont have a doctor or a way to take certain things, you have to get creative. i simply remembered having gotten a suppository from a doctor and went from there. my body was trashed and i was desperate, so i credit that to doing some of the things i did. all i know is that for the glut and the b12, it worked when everything else didnt. i had rigs but i didnt want to risk injection if i could find another way. i have recipes for injecting all kinds of things, but never tried it.

the lecithin is an emulsifier. it helps dissolve the fat in the liver.
