Here I am again to bug you about using the rebounder..*LOL*
When I started I could not do it !! Lapis told me to start with only ten bounces at a time.....which I did. Now I can bounce through two songs. I have John Phillip Sousa Marches on a CD and I listen to that while I bounce. My feet do not leave the mat...I do what is called the health bounce....gentle bouncing. It reallly realllllly works !! I have the rebounder setting in the corner of the bedroom.
The dry skin brushing really helps too. When I neglect these two things for even one day I feel rotten !!
