Re: Menses

Hi, Milena! My experience with menses was that it slowed significantly early on, but now (in my 11th month raw), it's back to what was "normal" for me -- regular and pretty heavy. I never missed a period, but three or four were scant. I have no idea what it means that I'm once again bleeding heavily. It doesn't feel like a negative thing, but nor did the lighter periods. I'm just assuming that my body is taking the opportunity to clear out all the old stuff that's still in there in whatever way it can. One difference from before is that the blood seems less dark -- a much brighter red. But I haven't done a scientific study, so that might simply be about my methods of containment or observation.
