It's an easy test that the doctors never teach you, probably cause they want you to buy their testing devices. But I used it during my childbearing years and it never let me down.
If your ovulating, when you go to wipe it will be slippery and there may be a slight discharge. It may be a little hard to tell at first but with practice you will notice it and be able to tell when you are ovulating and for how long you do. I still notice this around that time even though I no longer bleed. If yo dont notice it you may not be ovulating and I suggest you do buy one of their devices(LOL)just to make sure. But over if you feel there could be a problem. Otherwise dont worry about and trust your body knows what its doing.
If you have healthy organs I see no reason why you would need to bleed. Take a look at dogs, some of them do bleed, but if they do it is very, very light. Some of them dont even bleed at all.
Strong bleeding during menstruation is just another symptom we have come to accept after so many years of eating unhealthy diets and living unhealthy lifestyles.
