Re: dressings from chefs

Mmmm... Sounds great, Patricia! I'll have to try that one today.

One that I've been loving lately and know that I should stop making is a variation of the Waldorf salad dressing:

3 tablespoons tahini
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons dill
1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt

...blended in a Vita-Mix with a little water.

Like the others have been saying, simple is undoubtedly best, but sometimes I crave a little variation. This dressing is reminiscent of Ranch dressing to me. Comfort food? :-0
