Ha Ha! I've seen the same device sold in sex toy catalogues! In fact, my girlfriend sometimes indulges me with a similar device, with the exact same shape, for non-medicinal reasons, the sweetheart that she is. I never knew that such toys could actually help prostate health, though. An ounce of prevention goes a long way, as they say....
