Prostate massage can cure prostatitis and prevent cancer.

To all my friends on CureZone:

As I'm sure you know, prostate illnesses and
prostate cancer are enormous problems in this
country. It's estimated that 80 percent of
American men will experience prostatitis
(inflammation of the prostate gland) during
their lifetimes. It's the third most prevalent
diagnosis in men 51 years old or older, and
accounts for 2 million annual visits to
urologists.

Alas, most of those men will be given some
dubious drugs, and told by their doctors that
prostatitis or BPH (benign prostatic hypertrophy) is something they'll have to learn to live with.

I don't think that's true. If you're willing
to massage your prostate gland, chances are
very good that your prostate problems will
disappear in short order. It's easy to do --
I do it -- and the massage device costs just
$50.00. That's pretty cheap when you consider
that prostate surgery costs $30,000+.

I had never heard of prostate massage until
I received Doctor David Williams' print
newsletter of February, 2005. Williams is
one of my few heros in the world of alternative health. I trust him implicitly.
He devoted three pages of that newsletter to
prostate problems, and said that the prostate
massage device he recommended had been an
"absolute Godsend" to dozens of men whom he
knew personally.

I'm 65 and my prostate works perfectly. But
just about every other man I know has problems. My two oldest friends from childhood
both came down with prostate cancer and opted
for surgery. I don't want any part of that,
so I bought the device that Doctor Williams
recommended, and began using it last August
and September, as part of my preventive
insurance program. I also figured that my
first-hand knowledge of it, might help some
men who really need it; some of you, for instance.

The device is made by High Island Health in
Houston. Their website is: http://www.HighIsland.com
When you finish reading this message, go to
that site and read some of the testimonials.

The prostate gland sits right smack in the middle of your lower pelvis, directly beneath the bladder and right next to the last 3 or
4 inches of your colon. The only way to get
at it is by inserting a thumb, or this device,
into the end of your colon, and using it to
massage the prostate gland through the thin
wall of the colon.

Why do you want to massage it? Because
prostate illnesses are caused by inflammation.
Young men keep their prostates healthy by
means of sexual ejaculation. Older men often
lose their sexual function because their
intestinal tract is so full of toxins
that have accumulated over decades. So
they're unable to "squeeze" out the milky fluid which the prostate makes and stores,
and which is used to carry the semen to its
destination. Additionally, the prostate
soaks up toxins, like a sponge. But it's
no longer a slightly wet sponge; now it's
hard and congested and inflamed. That's
the source of all prostate problems.

The massage device, when used correctly,
will completely drain the prostate gland
of stagnant liquids. It breaks up congestion
and improves blood flow to the entire pelvic
area. Sexual ejaculation will do much
the same thing, but it's no longer an option
for many older men.

The massage device looks much like a small
dildo. High Island suggests you lie down on
your side, and insert the end of the device
into your rectum. There's a circular piece
on the handle of the device that keeps mild
pressure on your perineum, the area between
your anus and sexual organs. The perineum is
a well-known acupuncture point. This mild
pressure helps stimulate the entire pelvic
area in a healthy way.

Once the device has been inserted, you don't
have to touch it again. What you do is
squeeze the muscles in your rectum. This
squeezing pushes the end of the device against
your prostate. You squeeze in -- hold it for
several seconds -- and then release. That's
all there is to it. High Island suggests 20
minutes at a time, three days a week, for
someone with prostate illness.

I tried using it while lying on the floor.
I also tried it while squatting, but that
became uncomfortable. The best place I found
to use the device is while seated on the
toilet. This also lets you lock yourself away
while you're massaging your prostate. I insert
the device, make sure the circle is pressing
on my perineum, and GINGERLY sit down on the
toilet seat. Then you just squeeze in and out
for 20 minutes or less.

Yes, I know it sounds a tad kinky. But after
the second week, you won't think twice about
it. Trust me on that. Incidentally, the device is made of FDA-approved, non-porous
plastic. It looks like it will last a long
time. I'll be using it again in February as
part of my prevention program.

If you know anyone with prostate problems,
I strongly suggest you give them a print of
this message, and let them explore High
Island's website. They might also want to
buy a copy of Alternatives, Doctor Williams'
newsletter of February, 2005. The phone # is
1-800-718-8293.

If anyone else is already using the massage
device, I hope you'll give us some feedback
on this forum.

Blessings,

Owen
