While reading my Ayurveda book last night I think I found my reason to contact him again. There is much talk about meditation throughout the book. I've never been very in tune to it or given it much of a try. But I think it could help my body mind connection. I remember when I met him he had a tape about meditating through the colors. I think I will try to get one or see if he would be willing to talk with me about the best way to meditate. As an artist myself I think some of the visual meditation he teaches would be easier for me to grasp than the sound version my book was talking about.
