Thank you so much for your very thorough analysis of my coffee addiction. I had no idea that the reason why I was so tired all the time was due to caffeinism. However, it makes perfect sense: It's no wonder why soon after I'd consume a cup of coffee, that I'be be ready for a mid-day nap.
It is going to be an extremely challenging task for me to cut out coffee from my daily intake--but I am going to take you up on my suggestion to get rid of it and let my body readjust itself. I'll keep you posted on how I do.
