I suffered for years with this awful smell. I realised that it was worse when I was feeling anxious, and of course, the minute I got near people I would become anxious. It was a vicious cycle. I've been doing quite a bit of research and have found an amazing thing called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). It is completely free and you can do it yourself. It involves tapping on the acupuncture points while focusing on the anxiety and problem while telling yourself that 'although you have this awful smell, you still completely accept yourself'. Along those lines. It has worked wonders for me. I do it all the time and every day and now I actually DO accept and like myself and don't get so stressed or smelly.
