Epicare is a device that supposedly works like threading... They say it doesn't make the hair come back worse, but I don't know.

I had no idea waxing would make it come in courser! :( I'm not sure what to do then. The hair is not very dark... It's really light on my face, and slightly darker but still lightish on my chest and hands. So as far as I know, laser wouldn't even work for it.

Possibly a stupid question but... is electrolysis the same as laser hair removal? Do you know anything about electrolysis? Tweet
