You won't find it in stores. Possibly some health food stores, but not regular grocery. There's is all cooked, which renders it lifeless and destroys the good bacteria cultures that form on it. That is what's so amazing about it...it contains trillions more good guys than any pill probiotic. None of the pills ever did much for me. Well I guess I have patience because I've had to. It's like a nightmare that you can't wake up from. I used to cry and ask God why I am suffering. NOw i just appreciate the little improvements he gives me and ask for sharper eyes and ears to hear what he's telling me to do. I know I can do this...I just have to have faith and yes, PATIENCE!
Like most people, I always expected a quick fix for everything. That's a big problem today in our society. No wonder drug companies are making so much money. I wish I was a wiser person when I was in my twenties. but we're so young and foolish at that age. We listen to anything and everything! Now I question everything!!
