What is raw sauerkraut? I have never seen this in the supermarkets, mind you I have never specifically looked for it (I'm in England).

I started the OxCgen yesterday and feel much better already, bloating has gone down a bit and going regularly at last!

Can't believe you have been fighting Candida for years, I can't imagine sticking to this diet & feeling like this for years on end, you must be very focused. Guess I must be patient. Think we all have an initial tendency to expect immediate results as you would with Antibiotics and other medicine (ironic that it was probably the Antibiotics that caused it in my case!).

Went to the Doctors today for repeat perscription of the anti fungal and he said that as I am entering the second month I should start to suffer from die off - watch this space!
