Anyone ever seen this?

Have you ever seen someone that has thick yellow calluses on every ball of their foot including first toe? It started directly after I had my tonsils removed when I was 5 years old and has continued to get worse over the years. Podiatrists have not been able to tell me why this happens. I know my feet sweat too much. I'm sure that's part of it. Anyway, I've never seen anyone else in all my life that has this problem and I was hoping by some chance someone would have some input.

I know I have parasites and Candida. Could these be causing this? It's been 21 years now. My feet hurt anytime a little pressure is applied, which makes walking a task.
