Help with IUD

Hi,
I have had the IUD since December of last year. I am suffering of severe headaches, back pain; Acne and I have not had my period since January of this year. I feel sad, depressed, and lazy. I cry for no reason or I start yelling for no reason at all. My back hurts all the time including part of my arms, I feel like my muscles are not strong enough. I do not know what to do, my boyfriend is extremely frustrated with me; he was talking to me about our relationship and he believes that for the last 6 months I have had extreme mood swings and no sex drive what so ever. I believe I am going totally crazy. My boyfriend was telling me that the problem we have might be cause by the IUD, I do not know what to think about this. Please help me, I do not know what to do. I would like to know if anyone has gone through this before and if they have, I would like to know how to fix this because I am about to go and jump from a bridge. (I am not joking, I have thought about this a million times the headaches and feelings of Depression are horrible).
