Re: Kelley, what is protocol for deep liver cleanse?
Hi Davey,
Everyone is welcome to my forum!
I really enjoy all of these questions and I certainly hope to be of help to those who are in need.
I was away for a few days but I always have my laptop. Finding a signal...now that's a different story..... thanks for your kind words.
Your question is a very good one.
The answer depends on the situation. There are too many variables involved for me to be specific. The protocol for deep liver cleansing depends greatly on how stagnant the liver is. For example; what medications, drugs, or other toxins has the liver been exposed to? Depending on the answer to this question I can address the situation accordingly. I tend to error on the side of caution.
If you have been on narcotics or various presciption medications for a long period of time, you want to start gentle. In this situation being to aggressive could be dangerous. If you dump toxins to quickly, you could have a "second exposure" to the drugs you were taking.
If you have minor liver stagnation you can be more agressive with the cleanse.
Each situation is different and therefore each individual need is different. However; if you give me specific details about your situation I will be able to better help you.
Sorry if I seem vague. I want you to achieve the results you are looking for but I don't want you risking your health to do so.
Fill me in on your particular situation and and I'll do my best to help.
Namaste,
