Popdragon- funny you should mention alot of these things-- because everytime I get my period, I crave alot of what you mentioned.

The red beets- (raw red beets, cut up with olive oil , red onions and raw apple cidar vinegar) i craved this week during my 3rd day of my period, so I just made that for lunch tomorrow.

oil of Evening Primrose is a Godsend for me-- I always get moody and irritible during my PMS and period-- but am finding that the OIl of Evening Primrose gel caps have greatly evening out my moodswings. Other people have also noticed
