1 spoon of raisins at 4 p.m. (energy)
Mango
Pears, Peaches (complexion& healthy reproductive system)
Turmeric (minimum 2 TBS weekly)...Golden Milk is a great way to get the

Chakras, purifies the nadis, helps stretch ligaments. Also used to lubricate joints,
purify blood, induces sleep, and is a natural antibiotic. At least 1 cup
daily; and then a few days before your cycle is to start, 3 cups daily.
Wheat berries soaked and then cooked
Yogurt, Green chilies, beets, beet greens, sesame oil
*Yogi Tea (1-2 days drinking only Yogi Tea cleans out the system...at least 1
cup daily for health.)
Ginger Tea (especially during moon cycle)
