Hi A - glad you are doing better. I just want to mention that for me, juicing makes things worse because of the simple carbs without the fiber. With my condition and with many folks juicing must be done in small almounts minus the sweet fruits & veggies. I find I get great impact and less problems from throwing a bunch of veggies & a little fruit in the blender. I freeze it so it's cold, add some strawberry flavoring from the health food store and it tastes like a smoothie. It makes a huge difference - oddly enough, more than juicing for me.
