Russian Oil-Pulling Therapy- Magneto Therapy

As you may recall, there was a pdf authored by Lt. Col. I. K. Rao on the oilpulling.com site. His 25 page booklet is no longer listed, but a referral link to amazon.com is offered. As you will note, clicking on other pages of this site will say site is under construction. Also, some links to other sites such as "google ads" and "best online source to study in ...(countries)."
My next question is why the change. Does this indicate fear or greed?

The request at this site: "appreciate if anyone with any ailment tries out this simple therapy and sends in an honest opinion for our research records."

Curious note: What does "Hons." mean? Also, what does "Acu" mean? These abbrevations come after Dr. Bhojraj's degrees.
