As you may recall, there was a pdf authored by Lt. Col. I. K. Rao on the oilpulling.com site. His 25 page booklet is no longer listed, but a referral link to amazon.com is offered. As you will note, clicking on other pages of this site will say site is under construction. Also, some links to other sites such as "google ads" and "best online source to study in ...(countries)."
My next question is why the change. Does this indicate fear or greed?
Another website has popped up.

It mentions Lt. Col. Rao and his wife.
The request at this site: "appreciate if anyone with any ailment tries out this simple therapy and sends in an honest opinion for our research records."
Curious note: What does "Hons." mean? Also, what does "Acu" mean? These abbrevations come after Dr. Bhojraj's degrees.Advertisement

MoreThis is a reply to # 758,050I have no idea who is running this website. I believe it is based in india, because the original links to the Webmaster had an India address. OP is huge in India, it is advertised on the sides of buses (Sesame Oil Company).
I've emailed the site owner but have yet to hear back from them. You would think they would be very interested in our group. Perhaps they are lurking out there somewhere?
The site did mention the upcoming "book" this person was going to publish. So perhaps there is some commercialism involved. You just never know who the "man behind the curtain" is on a website.
All in all, I think that we have read everything we can get our hands on (in english) published on the web. The only thing you can glean from these writings is testimonials, which I think you would agree that our forum has completely outdone.

Kind of makes you wonder a bit about the 'recommended' oils, doesn't it?
I have to say that website was inconsistent from what I originally read in the Karach article. It changed not only the amount of oil he recommended (two teaspoons, not one tablespoon, and he was adament about the amount being important even when questioned about if it really mattered since it was such a small difference), also it changed it from refined to unrefined and I even saw peanut oil (lots of mold) added at one point as a recommended oil.
It seems odd if it is so big in India that there is so little online about it. Be interesting to see what this book turns out to be. I guess someone has figured out a way to make a buck off of it after all! How lucky we are to have this 'test' group to draw from.
You should email the link that is asking for testimonials, Molly. You certainly have enough of them from this forum!

Well, as I see it there are two camps. India and the findings of Dr. Karach.
I did email the owner of the site. For 8 months it bounced back saying I wasn't on the recognized recipient list. Now it doesn't bounce back...but no reply....Oh well.
We continue to forge our own trail here.
