i have stoped oxypowder, but i am still very interested in liver flushes and will look into a gentler form. I have been following Andreas Moritz advice with the liver flushing, and there has been some lasting positive effects from them.
i am aware of CFS possibly being caused by a virus, and it might be in my case, but if i look at my anxiety and stress levels as well as my diet for past 10 years, it seems that i ruined my body myself...
my symptoms have come on in stages in my life, worsening each time
One thing ive had since i was 15 years old is rapid heart beat, it has been around 120 bpm pretty frequently while resting or anything for 7 years, and ive had every heart test done on me that doctors have and all are normal. that was 7 years ago, and then 3 years ago i gradually got the muscle fatigue, and then 1 year ago i got worsening muscle fatigue with brain fog and more digestive problems.
I would like to try and balance the digestive things you talk about mainly through food, I am not a big fan of supplements. but i am interested in your anti virus cleansing program.
My diet usually goes like this:
light breakfast, usually a bananna and yogurt with granola mixed in. sometimes oatmeal, and occasionally eggs.
for lunch I usually eat sandwiches with fruit, i love to eat apples and peaches, and purple grapes, my sandwiches have dill pickles, mustard, mayonnaise, turkey, white bread, and tomatoes.
dinner usually consists of potatoes cooked in olive oil with chicken, sometimes i have califlower or artichoke with dinner, or another dinner i have is rice with vegetables mixed in, or also pasta.
