My hypoglycemia cure

I had hypo as long as I can remember. From getting queasy every time I ate sweets to frequent "crashes" where I would pass out or more often be near passing out if I was too long between meals.

I read up on Goji Berries and decided to try them when I was sick instead of Antibiotics , and see about their growth factor stimulation properties. I also read hypoglycemia was listed as a target but that wasn't my prime motivation.

Well the results were that it made my chest congestion easier to handle but was no cure, and yes they definitely made my skin look younger. But the real surprise was that I ate a bowl of ice cream and didn't feel slighltly nauseous afterwards. For the first time there was no after affect from eating sweets.

It took awhile before I even made the connection to the Goji berries, but the effect was immediate. For the first time I could go for long periods between meals and even fast, with only hunger pangs (and less than before) but no crashes at all.

I still take Goji berries on a daily basis and will continue to do so - so I don't know if it would come back if I stop for some period of time. But for the last year or so since starting on berries, my hypo is nowhere to be found. Absolutely gone.

One frustrating thing about Goji berries though, they can REALLY vary in quality. In fact the cheaper ones are actually Chinese wolfberries that don't have the same affect with me at all. The ones that seem to be most potent and work best are the ones certified to have been grown in Tibet. They're the most expensive, but the only ones that work for me personally.

The net result for me is that eating the Gojis just makes me feel healthier all around and in a more peaceful mood. They also really helped with liver issues I was having. Good luck.
