Re: Goji berries- Hypoglycemia

Getting the right Goji's are tough. The most expensive ones are certified from Tibet, but they're by far the most potent, and the only ones to get IMO. The ones I find in Healthfood stores haven't worked at all so I get the Tibetan stuff on the net. The best price I've found so far is from karmicdelights.com on their Ebay auctions where you can give a best offer. Offer about 20% less.

Anyway, they worked from the first day on me for hypo. I was used to getting slightly sick when eating anything sweet, and needing to eat often during the day. After maybe the second day I remember eating a bowl of ice cream and for the first time in 30 years feeling great afterwards. I've been better able to diet too since that huge NEED to eat is gone. I've even done fasting. But again, quality of Goji's really varies to where the cheaper stuff isn't even Goji berries but Chinese Wolfberries. So get the Tibetan stuff.

By the way, the Hypo's never returned but then again I never stopped eating Goji's either on a daily basis. Good luck.
