Salt water flush instead of epsom salt

Has anyone tried the salt water flush instead of or with the epsom salt? The salt water flush is 2t of Sea Salt in 4 cups of lukewarm water, from the Master Cleanse. I do it the morning of the Liver Flush and the morning after. It has helped me expell a lot of stones.
