Just a note to tell you capsule did not disolve in my vagina(not enough acid to dissolve the gelatin)... if you use a capsule you need to open it up and put the contents on a tampon or smear it on with your finger....tampon works pretty well and is what we are used to feeling inside....hope this helps Tweet
