Depends what you want. Acne-less skin or internal cleansliness.

I think the diet helped a whole lot.

Then again if you apply tea tree oil and Bentonite clay to your skin all the time that might do the trick too.

Personally I don't have the time to clean my skin 24/7 so I try to mix the two.

I think everything helps a little. (sorry if this is very vague)
