I think
Acne is ridiculous. I've done at least 20 things for
Acne in the past year. Here's a list:
-Used tea tree oil
-Lavender oil
-Organic shampoos and soaps (current soap is pure saponified olive oil)
-Ate more garlic
-First cut out dairy, then sugars, then turned raw vegen
-Did
parasite cleanse
-Sort of did colon cleanse
-Did one liver flush
-Did
Bentonite clay/psyllium fiber drinks
-Put
Bentonite clay paste (just clay and water) on skin
-Practice relaxation techniques? Deep breathing/attemped meditation
-Took a ridiculous number of supplements inc A, B complex, C, ALA, Milk thistle/Dandelion, Zinc, Iron, Probiotics, Chlorophyll
-Started eating "superfoods" like spirulina, chlorella, goji berries, maca
-Did oil pulling a few times
-Got a shower filter
I'm probably leaving out some things, but that is a lot... lol
If you're serious about getting rid of them and that's all you care about, try the
Bentonite clay paste. Put it on for 15 minutes maybe twice a day, then wash it off. Afterwards apply tea tree oil.
If you're into all the detox, that'll probably work but it might take a while... Also
colonics are supposed to help make detox easier on the body (and the skin).
The key is probably to improve your diet. That's the healthiest thing you can do. No matter how much you clean your liver or wash your face you can still get pimples when you're putting toxic stuff into your body.
